Libbie Winkelman is a recent graduate from Samford University starting her career as an apprentice with Resource Exchange International. Libbie will be joining REI in Central Asia this year as an International Graduate Student at Kazakh-American Free University. In this role, Libbie will be earning her Master's degree in International Relations at Kazakh-American Free University.

Libbie graduated with a B.A. (International Relations). She is passionate about amplifying the voices and stories of everyday people from diverse cultures--believing that personal narratives are key to bridging divides and deepening personal relationships to work towards global empathy. 

Originally a Kansas native, she is lucky enough to call Alabama and (soon) Central Asia home!
